We are offering a second date for Tyler van Iderstein’s Hand-Tying Brooms workshop!
Join us at Niche on Thursday, October 1 at 6pm, when participants will learn about the American folk craft of broom tying and make two whisk brooms of their own. These small hand brooms are perfect for the craft room, workshop, potting bench, or anywhere else that joy is found in making a mess. Two ways of tying that produce distinct "turkey wing" and "hawk's tail" shapes with the broomcorn will be shown, as well as variations that will make everyone's brooms unique.
The cost is $95 per person and includes all materials plus snacks, sweets and beverages. This workshop is limited to 10 people, 16 years and older. Please click here to register.
A minimum of 5 attendees are needed for this event to happen. If fewer than 5 people sign up by 9/24/26, your registration fee will be fully refunded.
