This workshop with Tyler van Iderstein will sweep you off your feet!

Join us at Niche on Thursday, September 17 at 6pm, when participants will learn about the American folk craft of broom tying and make two whisk brooms of their own. These small hand brooms are perfect for the craft room, workshop, potting bench, or anywhere else that joy is found in making a mess. Two ways of tying that produce distinct "turkey wing" and "hawk's tail" shapes with the broomcorn will be shown, as well as variations that will make everyone's brooms unique.
