Niche is pleased to have artist Kristin Loganbill lead a block printing workshop on Sunday, March 22 from 3 to 5:30pm! Kristin will instruct participants in the methods and materials needed to create a pleasing block printed design and print two linen tea towels to take home.

Participants will learn how to draw, transfer and carve their own design onto a block, then print with non-toxic, fast drying inks. They will also be able to use Kristin’s pre-carved blocks consisting of many different designs including birds, flowers, plants, abstracts and more.

The cost is $120 per student which includes two linen towels, a 2x3 inch rubber block, use of all tools needed to create a finished block, their choice of many colors of fabric ink to use in class as well as light snacks and beverages.
